Class is a fast-paced cross training that will improve your overall functional health and wellbeing

All abilities and ages welcome, all equipment is provided, but we all have a body of some sort, so let's get it moving comfortably!

**If you need to stretch, please arrive 15 minutes early and you are on your own.**

FACTS:

* No need to register for a class, but if you choose to use the sign-up above, that is also your waiver (a copy can given to you at your request), otherwise there are waivers at the gym.

* You can leave early or arrive late.  The workout and warm-up are on the board, I am there to give you any and all guidance, so no gym-phobia, just some roasting amongst friends with weights.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:45 am - last start time 8:15 am. 

Tuesday & Thursday 4:45 am- last start time 7:15 am.

Monday, Wednesday 3:30 pm- last start time 4:30 pm. 

Tuesday, Thursday 3:30- pm- last start time 5:30 pm

Wednesday Restorative Yoga 6-6:45 pm (Sign up only)

Friday Family Fun Night 5-5:45 pm (Sign up only)

Saturday 5:15 am to 7:15 am last start time.  Open Gym thereafter.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:45, 5, 5:15, 5:30, 5:45, 6, 6:15, 6:30, 6:45, 7, 7:15, 7:30, 7:45, 8, 8:15 * If you need to stretch, please arrive 15 minutes early and you are on your own how that fits into what you have determined is your half-hour of class time after that (I try to announce every 15 minutes what time it is; however there are multiple clocks in the gym)
